Walk-a-Thon
Darin and Luke had a walk-a-thon that they got little feet on their necklaces for every 5 laps.
Wax Museum
All the 4th grade classes do an oral report on a famous Wasingtonian. Guess who Luke is?
He was Apolo Anton Ono. They then all participated in the halls of the school as a Wax Museum Exhibit.
Luke's class - picture taken as best I could with Tagg pulling on my legs from the ground, Darin smashed up against me with the 1,000 parents, Lydia on my hip and 100 degrees.
Academic Presidential Award
Rees was good to attend this. He got straight As all year and did awesome!
Author's Tea
Darin's class had a little cake and lemonade party and shared their books of their writings from the year with their families. Added bonus I saw Luke walking to the office while I was getting cake and gave him a bite. :)
Proud of my boys for getting through a year at new schools and doing well!

Loving the updates! And I had to laugh at your comment on your picture of Luke's class when they were on the stage...I had a similar thing at Hannah's 6th grade promotion this week, but I had some lady's ipad in almost every picture too!!! It was annoying!! I can't stand when people take pictures with those big, honkin, things!!!! Augh!!!
Oh yeah, I have another box of clothes I am sending up to you next week. It has the bathing suit in it that I told you about a couple of months ago. Sorry it has taken me so long to get it to you!! Like has been too busy lately, and I am REALLY hoping the summer will slow things down! I don't like being so busy.
I totally understand with the getting not the best quality picture at school functions. And with crazy heat on top of that? You are a good sport. I HATE being hot!
We have been busy with end-of-school year stuff, then went right into Scout Camp and cousins visiting. Hopefully I can catch up on my blog this coming week now that it has slowed down a bit.
